What is the usual turnaround time for a custom piece?

Our custom pieces typically take approximately 3-8 weeks to complete depending on the specific requirements and any changes requested by the client prior to final approval before casting. We take pride in creating unique and special jewelry items that perfectly match our customers preferences and style.

What is your return and exchange policy?

To qualify for a refund or exchange, please ensure that the jewelry is returned in its original packaging. This helps us maintain the quality and integrity of our products, ensuring that you receive the best possible service.

Full Refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.

30-Day Exchange from date of purchase whilst the piece is unworn in its
original packing.

NO refunds or exchanges on custom orders. We ensure that you are satisfied before we complete the custom order. Changes are welcome during the CAD stage.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! Financing is available for in-store purchases only.

How can I clean my gold jewelry?

To clean your jewelry from the comfort of your home, you will need the following items: hot water, dish soap, a soft baby toothbrush, and a no-lint soft cloth.

  • In a small bowl, you need to add hot/warm water and a few drops of dish soap.
  • Place your items in a strainer and then submerge your jewelry in the bowl and let sit for 5 mins (longer if pieces are very dirty).
  • After the time has expired, swish your jewelry to dislodge any loose debris.
  • Carefully remove items from hot water using tongs or a toothpick so you dont burn your fingers and place items on a soft cloth. Using the soft toothbrush, gently brush each item.
  • Return your items to the strainer and place under running water to rinse of soap
  • Buff dry each item with a soft cloth and you are all done!

You can also visit us in-store for a complimentary cleaning regadless if you bought your piece from AVLIS or not.
